NUTRIENT-RICH CHOCOLATE ALMOND SMOOTHIE
This delicious and rich-tasting smoothie is super full of nutrients. So good it could double as a dessert! Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 dates, pitted
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups (500 mL) packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups (500 mL) almond milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen pitted cherries
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) almond butter
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp (0.5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Botanica Chocolate Perfect Protein
Directions
- Chop dates into fine pieces and soak in ¼ cup (60 mL) warm water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and place in a blender with remaining ingredients and whirl until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) coconut milk
- 2 scoops Botanica Berry Perfect Greens
- 1 large banana, frozen, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) ground flax
Directions
- Whirl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Botanica Vanilla Perfect Protein
- 1 large pink grapefruit, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced fresh or frozen pineapple
- ½ cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen orange juice
- ½ cup (125 mL) non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 or 3 ice cubes, optional
Instructions
